process and pricing
I specialize in custom home builds and renovations, together with smaller scale projects like room updates (think, powder room facelift, dining and living room revamp). I have an affinity for wallpaper and love to help clients with interior paint selections, so I offer that service as a flat rate consult, too!
I am a very collaborative designer, so our initial meeting will be over coffee or on site (or over the phone, if you’re interstate). We will discuss your objectives and what you’re hoping to achieve in your new (or old!) space. I will then take that away and pull together a scope of the project and send a proposal to you with a total hour commitment and total estimated cost. I don’t work on a retainer, and I invoice monthly so clients can always get a sense for how we’re tracking on their project.
All of my client’s needs are unique, but for some perspective.. My previous projects have ranged from $2,000 through to $10,000, depending on the scope and my involvement.
